GradedX is a UK-based independent retailer of Pokémon cards, graded collectibles and display cases.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where stated.

Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept major payment methods, including debit/credit cards and other secure payment providers.

Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse or refund orders if items become unavailable, pricing errors occur, or suspicious activity is detected.

3. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method. Estimated UK delivery is typically 2–4 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, GradedX is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.

All graded cards are assessed and sealed by independent third-party grading companies such as ACE Grading, Professional Sports Authenticator and Beckett Grading Services.

GradedX is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with any grading company.

Grading is subjective and assigned by the grading company. Customers should review product images carefully before purchase.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GradedX shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item purchased.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the GradedX website, including text, images and branding, is the property of GradedX and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
